From 151 projects and solutions of science and technology innovation (Science and Technology) introduced and proposed by ministries, branches and member organizations of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, provinces and cities, the Selection Council selected 76 typical projects and solutions and proposed them to be announced in the Vietnam Innovation Golden Book in 2021. Writing software to draw power characteristics of convex pole synchronous generators" by the group of authors: Khuong The Anh (project manager) and Do Viet Bach (associate) - Son La Hydropower Company.
"Research, manufacture and install fast-charging stations for electric cars to encourage the use of electric cars in Vietnam" by the author group: Tran Dung (project manager), Bui Phuc Chinh, Dinh Huy Vu (co-chairman), Ha Duc Tuong Quan, Le Quang Vuong (associate) - Electronic Measurement Equipment Manufacturing Center under Central Power Centre (Central Power Corporation).

Speaking at the announcement ceremony, Mr. Do Van Chien - Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, said that the published projects and solutions of science and technology innovation are typical works, with significant values in practical activities, contributing to socio-economic development, ensuring national defense and security, and protecting the ecological environment.
The publication of the Book aims to continue to recognize, honor and encourage typical organizations and individuals, making effective contributions to science and technology activities,
