Attending the conference was EVN Vice President Nguyen Tai Anh. On GIZ's side were Mr. Markus Bissel, Project Director of PtX Outreach, German Agency for International Cooperation (GIZ), a representative of the International Climate Initiative (IKI), and domestic and foreign experts in the green hydrogen field.
Opening the conference, EVN Vice President Nguyen Tai Anh said the global energy transition trend to clean fuel sources is inevitable and Vietnam is no exception to that trend. In that context, hydrogen is considered a priority energy source for development to replace fossil fuel sources and is expected to account for a significant proportion of Vietnam's energy structure in the future.
