The project costs totally VND 79.67 billion, being invested by the National Power Transmission Corporation (EVNNPT), managed and implemented by CPMB.
The project involves installation of an AT4 220/110/22kV-250MVA transformer and 220 kV, 110 kV general feeders; installing two 110 kV line equipment compartments; connecting the newly installed transformer, equipment, component with the existing earthing system of the substation; adding new earthing systems for new compartments; equipping control, protection and measurement equipment for the newly installed equipment in accordance with the current regulations and the current status of substation.
The investment project will serve the demand of load growth of the Northern power system, especially in Bac Giang and Bac Ninh provinces; strengthening the regional power grid connection, improving the safety, reliability and stability of the power grid.
It is scheduled that the project will be energized in the fourth quarter of 2018.
