Over 95% of customers in Hanoi use online power services

This is the goal that Hanoi Power Corporation (EVNHANOI) established in 2020 to develop the percentage of customers participating in online power services.

In 2019, EVNHANOI has 90% of customers using online power services. Electronic transactions saved customers’ costs and time, while improving business and production efficiency of businesses.

Especially, during the time when COVID-19 epidemic was evolving complicatedly, EVNHANOI stepped up propaganda, broadcast and encouraged customers to increase the use of online power tools and services, in order to limit direct contact and prevent the spread of disease.

EVNHANOI deploys online power services on the National Public Service Portal

Since December 2019, EVNHANOI has provided 100% electric services using electronic forms for different transactions:  low/medium voltage power supply, contract services and electricity bill payment in Hanoi.

In addition to the Customer Care website (http://cskh.evnhanoi.com.vn/), customers using energy can make new power supply requests through the National Public Service Portal (http://dichvucong.gov.vn) to register new power supply through low/medium voltage grids.
