Planting 1,000 casuarina trees at Quang Trach I Thermal Power Plant construction site 

On 27 January 2023, at the construction site of Quang Trach I Thermal Power Plant (Quang Trach District, Quang Binh Province), Power Project Management Board 2 (under the Vietnam Electricity) organized the launch of the 2023 Tree Planting Festival. On this occasion, Power Project Management Board 2 planted 1,000 casuarina trees around the fence of the construction site.

This is also an activity in responding to Vietnam Electricity's program to plant and take care of 1 million green trees in the 2021-2025 period. At the same time, the activity arouses and raises the sense of responsibility of each Power Project Management Board 2 staff and employees about environmental protection, focusing on planting, caring for, and protecting green trees to build a green, clean, beautiful, and safe environment and landscape at the unit.
