Quang Ninh Power Company wins the 1st Excellent Service Prize

At the Excellent Service Competition organized by Northern Power Corporation (EVNNPC) in 2019, Quang Ninh Power Company surpassed 27 power companies and 3 service units throughout the Corporation to win the 1st position.

Taking place from 10-13 September, 2019, EVNNPC Excellent Service Competition 2019 to raise awareness among all employees about requirements of comprehensive innovation and improvement in all aspects of production and business; gradually build a brand with a high reputation for the good quality, professional and efficient services for customers, partners and the social community.
The competition is also part of the overall plan of EVNNPC to realize its goal of becoming one of the leading power businesses in the ASEAN region with highly-qualified human resources, smart grids, strong corporate culture and excellent services.

The 30 teams have gone through qualifying round presentation on idea), semi-finals (debating) and final round (situation handling). In particular, in the final round only 5 best teams.

According to Ms. Do Nguyet Anh - General Director of EVNNPC, the performance by the teams clearly showed that the directions from the Group and the Corporation have been thoroughly conveyed to each power company and each employee. We have learned that EVNNPC has moved into a new phase - an intensive business stage, with the customer-centred principle, providing customers with services of the most perfect quality and thorough spirit.

Mr. Vo Quang Lam - Deputy General Director of EVN said that in this competition, 30 units of EVNNPC have integrated three core elements of customer care, namely people, process and technology into customer care work.

Also, according to Mr. Vo Quang Lam, in order to provide the most perfect power services to customers, staff and employees of EVN in general and EVNNPC in particular needs to continue learning, fostering and improving professional qualifications and working skills; units continue to improving business processes; strongly apply science and technology; promote the cultural traditions of the Electricity industry, and of each unit, etc., into the business and customer services in the future.
Together with Quang Ninh Power Company, the Organizing Committee awarded 01 second prize, 01 third prize, 02 fourth prizes, 05 consolation prizes and auxiliary prizes to units taking part in the competition.
