The project is invested by the National Power Transmission Corporation (EVNNPT), managed and operated by NPTPMB, and undertook the operation by Power Transmission Company 1.
The installation scale of the project consists of one 220/110/22kV - 250MVA AT2 transformer (increasing the total capacity of the substation to 2x250 MVA), four 110kV line bay equipment. This is a level I, group C energy work located within the existing Thai Thuy 220kV substation in Thai Do commune, Thai Thuy district, Thai Binh province, with a total investment of more than VND 110 billion.
