220kV Dinh Vu Substation (receiving power from Hai Phong - Dinh Vu 220kV line) has always been operating in a state of full load and overload in recent days, since the demand for electricity of Dinh Vu industrial park in particular and Hai Phong city in general tends to increase sharply.
Therefore, the National Power Transmission Corporation has assigned NPMB to perform the project of Dinh Vu 220kV Substation extension from 1 x 250MVA to 2 x 250MVA. The project is categorized as an energy project of level I, group B, with a total investment cost of over 121 billion dong.
The project will ensure safe and stable electricity supply for Dinh Vu industrial park, contribute to economic development, ensure energy security for Hai Phong city, and enhance reliability and capacity of electricity supply of the national power transmission system.
