Employees of EVN strive to achieve 10,000 initiatives in the 2022 – 2023 period
This plan aims to implement the "01 million innovations - efforts to overcome difficulties, creativity, determination to win the COVID-19 pandemic" program launched by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor.
The EVN Trade Union launched the implementation of the plan through two specific phases. Phase 1 (from now until the end of 31 May 2022), all employees of EVN practically respond to "Worker's Month" and "Labor Safety Month" in 2022, to achieve 3,000 innovations (counted from 1 September 2021).
Phase 2 (from 1 June 2022 to the end of 30 September 2023), trade unionists across the power sector respond to celebrate the 75th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's patriotic emulate call (11 June 1948 – 11 June 2023) and the 6th EVN Trade Union Congress, the 13th Vietnam Trade Union Congress to reach 7,000 innovations.
The EVN Trade Union strives to have 10% of officials, union members and employees in each unit who have initiatives to participate in the Program "01 million innovations - efforts to overcome difficulties, creativity, determination to win the COVID-19 pandemic”; have at least 60 innovations have been recognized as a Creative Labor Degree by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor's Emulation - Commendation Council and 100 innovations have been awarded the EVN Trade Union’s Creative Labor Certificate.
To achieve the above goal and based on the characteristics and situation of the Power sector, trade unions at all levels in the EVN Trade Union system have proposed solutions to implement.
