Speaking at the session, Ms. Mashkova Anastashia Mikhailovna, Director of Integration Policy Development, Moscow Energy University (MPEI), said that MPEI and Moscow Aviation Institute (MAI) have coordinated with Hanoi University of Science and Technology and Hanoi National University to connect and establish an alliance of leading technical universities in Vietnam - Russian Federation. This alliance will directly participate in supporting EVN in long-term and short-term human resource training in the Russian Federation.
To date, the Russian Federation has received more than 30 applications to participate in training courses from EVN and Hanoi University of Science and Technology. On this business trip, the Russian Federation wishes to learn more about Vietnam Electricity to serve the joint training program between the two sides that will be conducted in the second quarter of 2024.

Ms. Mashkova Anastashia Mikhailovna also assessed that EVN currently has highly qualified human resources.
