The conference reviewing the Party work, professional and Trade Union work of EVNICT took place on January 10 in Hanoi.

Under the close guidance of the Group, the entire Company has strived to overcome difficulties, completed the goal of practicing thrift and combating wastefulness, and continued to effectively and on schedule implement digital transformation tasks, ensuring the goal of EVN becoming a digital enterprise by 2025. EVNICT has also gradually professionalized and modernized the process, production methods, and operation of telecommunications and information technology systems.

Specifically, regarding the management and operation of telecommunications systems, information technology, and information security, EVNICT has completed 100% of the targets assigned by the Group regarding availability, incident rate, and incident handling time; EVN's information system is guaranteed to be safe. Regarding digital transformation, EVNICT ensures completion of 100% progress of the digital transformation tasks assigned by EVN.

In the construction investment, EVNICT implemented 34 projects according to the assigned plan, the value of construction investment implementation is estimated to reach 99% of the plan. The internal administration work was completed stably according to the new organizational model.

With outstanding efforts, in 2024, EVNICT was awarded by prestigious organizations such as Sao Khue, Top 10 Outstanding Digital Technology Enterprises in Vietnam, and Vietnam Digital Transformation Award 2024.

The Group's leaders shared information about some of EVN's outstanding achievements in ensuring electricity, investment and construction, production, and business, and affirmed that the overall achievements of the entire Group have the contribution of EVNICT. The current software ecosystem of EVN built and operated by EVNICT has grown in a very strong manner, with full software serving the management work and all areas of EVN's operations.

In the customer service business, EVN is a pioneering state-owned enterprise providing 100% level 4 online services. In operations, the Group has developed many unmanned transformer stations, with remote control centers. EVN has also developed an electronic office, the SmartEVN system, etc. The results achieved through technology awards and practical work efficiency have affirmed that EVNICT has done well in digital transformation and software development.

The Chairman of the Board emphasized that in the current digital economy, digital data is a very important resource and means of production, therefore, EVNICT needs to focus on exploiting and protecting data and implementing good security. At the same time, it is required to continue to streamline the software system and increase ease of use for EVN employees.

In 2025, EVNICT is required to quickly grasp and approach new technology and apply it creatively, strive to complete 100% of the goals and tasks assigned by the Group; continue to effectively and on schedule implement digital transformation tasks to ensure the goal of EVN becoming a digital enterprise by 2025. EVNICT will also continue to professionalize and modernize the process, production methods, and operation of telecommunications and IT systems, especially improving software development capacity according to the project of modernizing software construction and development. Maintain the role of nationwide management of separated IT and telecommunications infrastructure systems, gradually affirming the role of the focal point in information safety and security throughout the Group, serving well in the management of power production and business of EVN.
