The project is located in Suoi Hang village, Tu Bong commune, Khanh Hoa province, with a scale of installing 01 220/110/22kV - 250MVA transformer. The connecting line part is built with a 220kV line, 04 circuits, about 250m long, connecting to the Tuy Hoa - Nha Trang 220kV line. The project is invested by EVNNPT, managed and operated by NPTPMB, and operated by Power Transmission Company No. 3.

The project, after completion, is of great significance in meeting the load demand and ensuring the operation of 110kV substations in the area, especially supplying power to the load of Van Phong economic zone, ensuring a stable power supply, and meeting the socio-economic development needs of Khanh Hoa province. Ensuring safe operation of the power supply for the load in the northern region of Khanh Hoa province without overloading 110kV lines and voltage drop below the allowable voltage level of 110kV substations in these areas in case of incidents on related 110kV lines.
