Attending the meeting, on behalf of Vietnam Electricity (EVN), there was Mr. Cao Quang Quynh - A member of the Board of Directors of EVN, and Mr. Vu Manh Hung - Deputy Head of the Planning Department of EVN.

Representing PECC2 was Mr. Nguyen Chon Hung, Chairman of the Board of Directors, members of the Board of Directors, the Executive Board, and more than 100 shareholders acting on behalf of over 4,000 PECC2 shareholders.

Building on the production and business achievements of recent years and evaluating the Company’s development strategy for the coming years, 2025 is considered a pivotal year in shaping the development direction for the 2021–2025 period, with a vision toward 2030.

In this new development stage, PECC2 identifies the main targets: Completing the production and business plan to achieve the revenue and financial targets assigned by the General Meeting of Shareholders; supporting investors in developing a roadmap, and specific implementation plans and participating in professional work related to nuclear power projects; supplying consulting services to regarding their participation in the electricity market and the implementation of power purchase agreements with customers.

Making directing speech at the meeting, Mr. Cao Quang Quynh - A member of the Board of Directors of EVN highly appreciated the capacity and role of PECC2 through projects such as the 500kV circuit 3 transmission line from Quang Trach (Quang Binh province) to Pho Noi (Hung Yen province) - PECC2 participated in the role of design consultant and author supervision; Project of supplying electricity from the national grid to Con Dao district (Ba Ria - Vung Tau province) - PECC2 participated in the role of design consultant and construction supervision; PECC2 was trusted and selected, assigned the role of survey consultant, preparing technical design and construction drawing design, preparing the bidding documents for the Tri An Hydropower Plant Expansion Project, the project has started construction of the first item - Hieu Liem bridge on 29 December 2024.

Mr. Nguyen Chon Hung shared that with the experience, internal strength, and strengths accumulated over many years, PECC2 is entering a new energy development cycle, not only limited to the domestic market but also starting to expand research and access international markets. Proactively exploring foreign markets not only expands development opportunities for PECC2 but also facilitates access to International technical standards, enhances competitiveness, and lays the foundation for future strategic partnerships.
