On the morning of January 6^th, in Ho Chi Minh City, EVNPMB3 held a conference to summarize its work in 2025 and plan for 2026.

Mr. Dang Hoang An – Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Vietnam Electricity (EVN) – attended and chaired the conference. Also attending the conference were Mr. Nguyen Dinh Phuoc – Vice President of EVN; and representatives from the Group's specialized departments. The attendants presenting for EVNPMB3 included Mr. Pham Thanh Hoai – Secretary of the Party Committee and Director; and Mr. Nguyen Thanh Minh – Deputy Director.

"A brilliant highlight"

Regarding EVNPMB3, Chairman Dang Hoang An emphasized: "The project of power supply to Con Dao is a prime example, an extremely difficult project, but we confidently led the domestic enterprise to complete it entirely, saving thousands of billions of dong. This is not only an economic victory but also creates great confidence for Vietnamese businesses." In addition, key projects such as the Bac Ai Pumped Storage Hydropower Plant and the Expanded Tri An Hydropower Plant are also considered important pillars, playing a decisive role in absorbing and sustainably developing renewable energy sources.

Assigning tasks to EVNPMB3 for 2026, the  Chairman emphasized that the top priority is ensuring the progress and quality of the projects. EVN leaders requested the unit to be more decisive with contractors, accelerating investment preparation and construction to the maximum extent, because "progress and quality are the ultimate goals of project management." In particular, the unit needs to focus intensely on accelerating the construction pace, promoting the projects of the Expanded Tri An Hydropower Plant and the Bac Ai Pumped Storage Hydropower Plant to achieve important milestones as planned.

Demonstrate project management capabilities.

In its professional work, EVNPMB3 has achieved significant milestones, most notably the project of power supply to the Con Dao Special Economic Zone, which was completed and commissioned one year ahead of schedule. At the Bac Ai Pumped Storage Hydropower Project, the unit not only ensured the tunnel excavation schedule but also made its mark in securing international financing through the signing of a EUR76 million credit agreement with the French Development Agency (AFD).

Simultaneously, corporate governance and digital transformation were comprehensively promoted through the application of BIM models and online bidding, helping the disbursement rate of construction investment capital reach 102% of the assigned plan. EVNPMB3 maximized its internal resources by independently providing project management and supervision consulting services, optimizing costs for the Group while directly improving the income of its employees.

Alongside investment tasks, the Supervisory Board strictly monitors occupational safety and environmental protection, ensuring that construction sites are green, clean, and safe.

In 2026, EVNPMB3 is determined to focus all its efforts on modernizing project management through comprehensive digitalization and improving labour productivity. The unit is also determined to streamline its organizational structure, aiming for a model Project Management Board that is "Professional – Efficient – Humane".
