This contest is dedicated to the following occupations: Head of Hydropower Shift, Head of Thermal Power Shift, Transmission Substation Operation Manager, Transmission Line Operation Manager, and UAV Controller in Transmission Grid Management and Operation.
Contestants participating in the theory test in the form of multiple-choice on knowledge related to the five occupations. Each test contains 100 questions in a duration of 60 minutes.
As the first contestant stepping out of the theory test room, Mr. Hoang Vu Tuan Anh (Power Transmission Company 2) sharing: "Coming to the EVN Skilled Worker Contest 2022, my teammates and I spent a lot of time studying theory and exercising practical skills. This is not only an opportunity for us to express ourselves but also a place to meet, exchange and learn from our colleagues."
In the afternoon, the contestants in the transmission segment moving to Van Phong 220kV substation to perform the practical test. Before that, the organizing committee cut off the power to isolate the 273 Van Phong - 272 Nha Trang transmission line and took safety measures to create a proper test site. Equally stressful, contestants for UAV Controller in Transmission Grid Management and Operation also focusing on performing their part.
