EVN instructs power companies to push up "one-door policy"

This is one of the contents stated in the Document No. 5011 / EVN-KD dated October 25, 2017 by the Vietnam Electricity in execution of the Prime Minister’s instructions on implementation of measures to improve the getting electricity indicator.

Provision of electricity services at the Public Administration Center of Quang Ninh province

Power companies should coordinate with the central and provincial People's Committees, local departments / agencies to develop and implement the "one door policy” between the power sector and state management agencies in supplying electricity at medium voltage, in which the power sector acts as the only transaction point.

EVN requests directors of power companies to directly report to Secretaries / Chairmen of central cities and provinces on providing electricity services (including medium voltage electricity supply services) at Public Administration Centers or online service portals of these cities and provinces.

Power corporations need to link their software programs and IT systems to those of state management agencies to meet the "one – door" mechanism, providing electricity services at Public Administration Centers or online service portals of the central cities and provinces.

Under the instructions of EVN, the Information and Communication Technology Company of EVN (EVNICT) assists power corporations in connecting software programs (the medium voltage network management subsystem of CMIS 2.0 and CMIS 3.0 under upgrading) with IT systems of state management agencies.
