Such movable awnings are constructed to serve the rest of delegations visiting and offering incense to the heroic martyrs who bravely sacrificed to protect Quang Tri Ancient Citadel in the 81-day battle in the summer of 1972.
The Group has assigned Quang Tri Power Company to work with Quang Tri Ancient Citadel Relic Management Board, agreeing on the installation and construction procedure with the capital provided by EVN.
Specifically, the to-be-installed awnings are designed with a dimension of 8x10m with frame and pillars made of zinc-galvanized steel tube and tarpaulin coverage. The project is expected to be completed on the occasion of the 45th anniversary of Vietnam’s Reunification day (30th April 1975 - 30th April 2020).

In addition to performing production and business tasks, over the years, EVN has been implementing many gratitude activities for people with meritorious services to the revolutionary, considering this task as a responsibility and a moral code showing the tradition of "returning to the source - drinking water, remembering source", thereby creating a beauty full of human values among the Group’s staff and employees.
