EVN to officially apply new form of electricity bill and e-invoice from 1st March 2020

EVN shall implement the new form of electricity bill and e-invoice for all customers from 1st March 2020 nationwide.

The new form is designed by EVN based on the customers’ opinions and voting results from the “Online polling for the new e-invoice form” Programme held by EVN in 2019. Through summing up and analyzing the pros and cons of all models, the new e-invoice form was redesigned to meet the demand of customers and the reality of technological development.

This new form of electricity bill and e-invoice is kept similar to the previous one, both familiar to customers and ensures the required information as regulated by the Ministry of Finance. The content presented on electricity bill and e-invoice is simple, easy to understand with added information of contact and electricity service provision.

In fact, there is no change in the calculation method or customer data in the new form, but in the layout and adjusting as well as supplementing information for clarity, simplicity, easily understanding, checking and monitoring of the consumed power amount and bill sum, at the same time, contributing to facilitating and promoting payment of electricity bills by electronic transaction.
