The project is owned by EVNCPC and managed by the Central Rural Power Project Management Board. The scale of project: 22.446 km of medium voltage lines, 174.927 km of low voltage lines, 49 substations with a total capacity of 5,867.5 kVA and installation of 7,140 meters, power supply for 7,140 households in 190 hamlets and villages of the five districts of Khanh Son, Khanh Vinh, Dien Khanh, Cam Lam and Van Ninh, Khanh Hoa province.
The project has a total investment of over VND 146.322 billion, 85% of which is from the State budget and the remaining 15% is from the counterpart fund of the power sector. The implementation duration is from the year 2015 to 2020.

The Rural Power Supply Project from the National Grid (Khanh Hoa Province section) for the period 2015-2020 is aimed at developing the grid and supply power to the off-grid hamlets and villages, which contributes to improving living conditions of the people of the remote and border areas ensuring the security in Khanh Hoa province.
