EVNGENCO1 completed many important items in the investment list, namely, commercial operation of the generating units of the Duyen Hai 1 Thermal Power Plant, synchronization and first coal-firing the boiler of generating unit 1 of the Duyen Hai 3 thermal power plant and readiness of the oil-firing the boiler of generating unit 2.
At the coal port project of the Duyen Hai Power Center, EVNGENCO 1 was completing the dredging channels to the elevation - 9.5 m and scheduled to complete it by February, 2017.
EVNGENCO1 are preparing the Feasibility Study and applying for Investment License for the Ben Tre Wind Power Project and the Solar Power Project on the reservoir of the Dong Nai 4 hydropower plant.
In the last three months of 2016, EVNGENCO1 will speed up the projects of the Duyen Hai Power Center and ensure the progress of the Da Nhim Hydropower Extension Project; finalize settlement of the completed projects: Uong Bi Thermal Power Expansion and Uong Bi 2 Expansion , Ban Ve and Song Tranh 2 Hydropower Plants, etc.
