In 2022, EVNICT successfully completed the implementation of 5 typical application solutions for digital transformation, helping Vietnam Electricity become an Excellent digital enterprise in 2022, honored by the Vietnam Digital Communications Association at the awarding ceremony of "Vietnam Digital Awards 2022". Specifically, 5 typical application solutions in key digital transformation areas include Construction Investment Management Software System (IMIS 2.0); Solution of EVN electronic portal and office administration digitalization (EVNPortal); Solution of Condition-based Maintenance and Repair Management (CBM); Application to serve employees in Vietnam Electricity (SmartEVN); Solution of Integrating the Residential Database through the National Public Service Portal into the power customer management information system (CMIS 3.0). These solutions are the foundation to help EVN basically complete digital transformation in 2022 and create a premise for EVN to become a digital enterprise by 2025.
In digital transformation, EVNICT met over 99% of the criteria set for assessing digital transformation tasks assigned by EVN in 2022. The company implemented 52 digital transformation tasks in 2022, in which 20 tasks were completed, and 32 tasks were in progress. At the same time, EVNICT strongly implements communication, professional training, and awareness-raising training on digital transformation for leaders and employees of EVNICT.

The efforts of EVNICT employees have been recognized through consecutive awards over the years such as Sao Khue, Top 10 IT Enterprises, and Vietnam Digital Transformation. In 2022, EVNICT won the Smart City award for the IMIS 2.0 software system and the TOP Vietnam 4.0 industrial enterprise award right for the first time attending. At the same time, the electronic meter data collection software - EVNHES is also honored to be recognized "Make by EVN" product by EVN.
Toward digital business goals
Leaders of Vietnam Electricity suggested that EVNICT should closely follow the production and business tasks of EVN according to the theme “Thrift practice, anti-wastefulness" of 2023. Continuing to effectively implement digital transformation with the goal of becoming a digital enterprise by 2025, synchronously deploying the following tasks: Developing digital infrastructure; Developing digital platform; Developing digital data; Ensuring information safety and network security; Developing digital skills and digital culture; Developing digital payments.
