Good performance of performance targets

In 2023, the number of power grid incidents of EVNNPC decreased sharply. If in 2019 there were 477 incidents, in 2022’s incidents have reduced to 136 incidents. In which, 24/27 power companies have no transformer problems; 5 power companies have no problems with the 110kV power grid.
EVN leaders also highly appreciated EVNNPC's results in implementing targets such as reducing power loss, reliability of power supply, construction investment, digital transformation, etc. Especially, the ratio of EVNNPC's customers paying electricity bills without cash reached 84.45%, exceeding 13.05% of the target assigned by EVN even though the management area has many rural and mountainous areas...

EVNNPC's commercial electricity output in 2022 is estimated at 86.3 billion kWh, an increase of 5.46% compared to 2021 and the highest among EVN's 5 distribution corporations. EVNNPC has started 98/98 projects reaching 100% of the plan and energized 62/60 projects reaching 103.3% of the plan. In addition, EVNNPC has implemented a number of additional projects outside the plan to serve the demand for power supply for loads and reduce the load on the existing power grid.
EVNNPC has supplied electricity to 100% of communes and 99.2% of rural households; 90.8% met criterion No. 4 on the new countryside.
Performing the task of digital transformation, EVNNPC has completed 11/11 tasks assigned by EVN in the period of 2021-2022, reaching 100%; completed 8/12 tasks that EVNNPC registered with EVN by 2025, reaching 66.7% of the plan by 2025.
Some outstanding results of EVNNPC in 2022:
- SAIDI (average outage time of the distribution grid): 405 minutes
- Power loss: 4.3%, down 0.1% compared to the plan assigned by EVN
- Index of access to electricity: 3.78 days
- The percentage of customers paying electricity bills without cash: 84.45%, 13.05% higher than the target assigned by EVN.
- The percentage of of electricity bills for non-cash payment: 96.18%
- The percentage of electricity service requests received through the National Public Service Portal: 52.53%
- The percentage of transactions by electronic method reached 97.59%
