The Project is invested with a total capital of VND 115 billion with the construction scale of 3.5 km of 110kV double circuit power line; 01 110kV substation consisting of two 63MVA transformers (only one transformer installed in phase 1).
The substation is also equipped with a remote collection, monitoring and control system; the surveillance camera system and fire prevention system shall be secured to operate under the mode of unmanned 110kV substation.
The Project is invested to meet the power demand of Dong Van IV industrial zone in parallel with load sharing for Dong Van 110kV substation.
After being completed, the project will contribute to ensuring safe, stable and reliable power supply for Kim Bang district; This is in line with the electricity development plan of Ha Nam province in the period of 2016 - 2025 with a vision to 2035 as approved by the Ministry of Industry and Trade; facilitating local authorities to attract investment in production from enterprises.
