Leaders of EVNSPC and MBBank signed a memorandum of cooperation
Attending the signing ceremony were Mr. Nguyen Van Hop - President and CEO of EVNSPC and Mr. Nguyen Gia Phuong - Director of MBBank Ho Chi Minh City Branch.
According to the memorandum of understanding, the two parties will cooperate for mutual benefits, bringing added value to the sustainable development of production and business, giving reciprocal support and co-development in the period 2018 -2023, creating strengths in the domestic and international markets.
EVNSPC and MBBank will also cooperate to create new products and services combining Bank – Power Corporation – Consumers; expanding and developing business activities, promoting brand images to best exploit strengths of each party in traditional business areas and other areas of mutual interest.
MBBank will finance long - term and medium - term projects to improve EVNSPC's power distribution capacity.
Periodically, EVNSPC and MBBank will review the implementation schedule of what have been agreed in the memorandum of understanding.
