EVN’s President and CEO Nguyen Anh Tuan welcomes and works with China Electricity Council.
On the occasion of the China-ASEAN Power Development Cooperation Forum held in Hanoi, the Supervision Chairman of China Electricity Council visited EVN and exchanged cooperation opportunities between CEC and Chinese energy businesses with EVN in a number of fields such as smart grid, smart metering, Internet of Things communications, new energy products, and solutions.
On EVN's side, President and CEO Nguyen Anh Tuan highly appreciated the development scale of Chinese energy businesses under the China Electricity Council.
EVN’s President and CEO hoped that the Vietnam Electrical Engineering Association (VEEA) would become a bridge between EVN and the China Electricity Council, as well as promote experience sharing and cooperation activities between Chinese energy businesses with EVN to reach out, understand typical products of partners, and expand cooperation in the future.
At the meeting, leaders of both sides shared their strengths and challenges in the current energy development context as well as development priorities in the coming time.
