During the meeting, the two sides reviewed the outcomes of their cooperation to date and discussed opportunities to further collaborate in areas of mutual interest, including energy transition, enhanced power system operational efficiency, digital transformation, and human resource development.

Mr. Nagasawa Masashi, representing TEPCO Holdings, shared an overview of the company's experience in power system management and operation, as well as in implementing solutions to support Japan's energy transition. TEPCO Holdings also expressed its interest in continuing to exchange information and share experience while exploring cooperation opportunities aligned with EVN's practical needs and operating conditions.

EVN Vice President Ngo Son Hai highly appreciated the cooperation between EVN and TEPCO Holdings over the years, as well as the experience shared by the Japanese side during the meeting. He noted that, as Vietnam's power system faces increasingly demanding requirements to ensure a reliable electricity supply while advancing the energy transition, strengthening knowledge and experience sharing with international partners is of significant practical value.

Building on the discussions, the two sides agreed to maintain regular exchanges and assign their respective technical focal points to review and further develop potential areas of cooperation, ensuring alignment with each side's needs and compliance with applicable regulations.
