Specifically, 4,050,236 customers who are production, business, residential, tourist accommodation establishment customers and electricity wholesale customers have enjoyed electric bill reduction of nearly VND295 billion. At the same time, 217 hospitals, health facilities, hotels which had been used for isolation, centralized medical examination of patients suspected of, or infected with COVID-19, enjoyed electricity bill reduction with the total amount of nearly VND2 billion.
The localities with high tariff reduction and high electric bill reduction included: Da Nang with VND42 billion, Khanh Hoa with VND34.5 billion, Dak Lak with VND33.3 billion, Binh Dinh with VND32.8 billion, Quang Nam with VND30.3 billion.
EVNCPC estimates that during the 3-month’s support period, 4,128,912 customers will enjoy tariff reduction and electricity bill reduction, with a total of nearly VND1,087 billion.
“For any problem encountered by customers, EVNCPC will receive customer’s requests through communication channels: National Public Service Portal; 19001909 EVNCPC customer service switchboard, customer transaction locations of power companies, etc. With eligible customers, EVNCPC commits to ensure full benefits of electricity bill support for all bill cycles within three months following the direction of the Ministry of Industry and Trade, and Vietnam Electricity”, Deputy General Director of EVNCPC affirmed.
