With the "Blue Ocean Strategy", EVN has applied this theoretical - practice model to the business and customer care sectors of Power Corporations.
In the years of 2019 - 2020, EVN has trained and transferred the method of learning - practice - experimentation – project in pyramid from the Group level to the Power Companies so that the sales team have the same background, knowledge and analysis tools which are developed by leading universities in the world and applied in famous and successful groups around the world.
The teams presenting their ideas to the jury
On the afternoon of 9 December 2020, EVN's Deputy General Director Vo Quang Lam, who is the Head of the Jury, listened to the presentations and rated to select the 3 best teams to participate in the final round on the morning of 10 December 2020.
According to the Organizing Committee, the criteria to evaluate ideas in round 1 including: Showing creativity in many aspects of business activities; proposal shows growth potential and can be replicated; proposal is sustainable in business operations; ideas that have the possibility/potential to increase the business performance of the unit; the Jury's skills in presenting and answering questions, and so on.
In the final round, the jury will further evaluate the criteria: showing the elements in the digital transformation plan.

- EVNHANOI: Application for developing non-cash payment customers; building App providing online service and customer care
- EVNHCMC: Providing chargeable on-demand services (Signal line rental service); Efficient energy use management design services (design providing solutions, smart equipment)
- EVNCPC: Electricity service on Google Maps; Design and installation service of lines after the meter
- EVNSPC: Non-cash payments; Encourage customers to install rooftop solar power systems.
- EVNNPC: Standardizing information - improving service; Digital contracts – Future connection.
