Repairing and replacing power transmission lines for poor households and policy families is one of outstanding activities of EVNSPC’s Customer Gratitude Month in 2018.
Member power companies under EVNSPC will simultaneously launching repair, replacement of transmission lines, LED lights free of charge for 105 schools, more than 8,000 poor, policy households; Industrial hygiene without charge for more than 1,000 transformers of customers owning specialized-purpose substations, etc.
EVNSPC will sponsor for installing rooftop solar power to a number of school locations and families of war invalids and martyrs, poor households living in special circumstances, etc.
In December 2018, EVNSPC shortens time for new power supply, ensuring access-to-electricity index to be less than 4 days while the specified time is 10 days; organizes handling incidents less than 1.5 hours (the regulated time is 2 hours); promptly responses 100% inquiries, complaints of customers, etc.
Additionally, Power companies will also summarize and award for customers participating in the “Energy Saving Family” movement 2018; organize “lucky wheel spinning” for customers paying electricity bills through banks and intermediary organizations; etc.
In 2018, in parallel with efforts of sufficient power supply with increasingly high quality; providing customers with convenient services, EVNSPC also properly performs its responsibilities to the community and society.
Particularly, the Corporation has been organizing donation of 260 gratitude houses, affection (with support value at VND 50 million per house) in 21 provinces and cities, with fund contributed by its staffs and employees in order to share taking care, support for policy, poor households in term of shelter with localities.
