The transmission line route is 82.1km long, besides expanding and renovating bays at Thanh Hoa, Nong Cong, Nghi Son and Quynh Luu 220kV substations.
The project has been implemented since December 2021 and is expected to be completed in March 2022. Up to now, the project has completed stringing conductors in 13/67 anchorages, equivalent to a total length of 12.4/82.1km.
The project plays a significant role in evacuating power generated from Nghi Son Thermal Power Plant, transmitting power from the Central to the North and contributing to enhancing electricity supply for Thanh Hoa province.
This project is very important and must be completed in March 2022 to ensure electricity supply for the North before the hot season. The EVN leader requested the National Power Transmission Corporation and contractors to mobilize personnel, focus on construction, and strive to complete the project in March 2022 as scheduled.
The EVN leader also drew the contractors’ attention to the safety of the conductor stringing since it is carried out under the condition that the existing circuit is energized.
