Receiving and serving over 22 million electricity service requests in the first half of 2023

In the first 6 months of 2023, EVN's power utilities have received over 22.3 million requests for electricity services. In particular, customers have mainly sent electricity service requests through five Customer Care Centers, local public administration centers, the National Public Service Portal, etc.

The rate of electronic transactions in the whole EVN has reached 99.62% (up 1.72% compared to 2022). In which, some power utilities have performed outstandingly, including the Central Power Corporation and the Southern Power Corporation with a rate of approximately 100%, the Northern Power Corporation reaching 99.96%.

In addition to handling a huge and diverse number of service requests, EVN and Power Corporations have ensured that the service quality meets the requirement of increasing customer experience improvement. In particular, on the National Public Service Portal - which provides level 4 online electricity services - EVN has been highly appreciated by people and businesses. According to the evaluation result of the Index on serving people and businesses in carrying out administrative procedures and providing public services, updated on July 12, 2023, EVN maintains the leading position among ministries and agencies in serving people and businesses on the National Public Service Portal.
