Southern Power Corporation supported nearly VND2 billion to prevent and control COVID-19 epidemic

Information from the Southern Power Corporation (EVNSPC), this is the contribution of the collective staff, employees of the member units in the area of ​​21 provinces and cities in the South region and the headoffice of EVNSPC, responding to the call of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and the Electricity of Vietnam (EVN).

These contributions are continuously being awarded by EVNSPC and its member units through the Fatherland Front Committees of the southern provinces and cities (from Ninh Thuan to Ca Mau).

Previously, on 5 June, at the launching ceremony of the Government's Vaccine Fund for COVID-19 Prevention, EVNSPC contributed VND50 billion out of the total VND400 billion EVN supported to the Fund.

Besides, EVNSPC's employees also sent messages of support through the switchboard 1408. On this occasion, the units also gave more than VND450 million to support localities and units in epidemic prevention and control.
