The commercial power generation of the Plant at the beginning of the fourth quarter of 2019 brings a particularly important meaning in securing power supply for the socio-economic development of the Southern region in particular and serving people’s daily life across the country in general.

Mr. Nguyen Tien Khoa - BoM Chairman of Power Generation Corporation No.1 also requested Thermal Power Project Management Board No. 3, consulting units, Sumitomo EPC Contractor and related units to concentrate all resources and intellect as well as make best coordination so as to ensure safety of people, materials, equipment, environment, quality for the project and achieve the planned schedule.
