In particular, EVN President and CEO especially glorified EVNCPC employees for quickly meeting the increasing requirements of the application of new technologies and IT to increase labor productivity. EVNCPC's modern metering system products such as electronic meters are highly appreciated. Hotline repair technology, hotline insulation cleaning with high-pressure water continues to be applied and promoted effectively, etc.
Over the past 2 years, the work of employees in the whole EVNCPC has always been stably guaranteed. The legitimate rights and interests of employees are guaranteed. EVNCPC employees actively participate in production emulation in many forms.

EVNCPC General Director Ngo Tan Cu emphasized that leaders of units need to closely coordinate with the Trade Union, regularly grasping thoroughly all employees to ensure labor safety. At the same time, focus on increasing labor productivity and developing human resources; ensure laborers' health; fully implement the regimes and policies directly related to employees. Building each member unit of EVNCPC is an open and transparent unit in production and business, friendly to customers, partners, colleagues, responsible to the community and society.
