Mr. Dang Hoang An was born in 1965, his hometown is Hiep Hoa, Bac Giang. Before being appointed by the Prime Minister to hold the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors of Vietnam Electricity, Mr. Dang Hoang An had experienced many positions and assumed leadership positions in the power sector. Since 1993 to present, Mr. Dang Hoang An has held the following positions: Deputy Director of the National Load Dispatch Center, Director of EVN’s Grid Technical Department, Deputy Director of Power Transmission Company No.1, Director of EVN’s Planning Department, Vice President of EVN, President and CEO of EVN, Vice Minister of Industry and Trade.
