Leaders of relevant ministries, sectors and associations, Mr. Bek Chee Jin – Chief Executing Officer of Copper Alliance, technical specialists from Japan, India, Thailand, Malaysia attended at this Conference.
According to Mr. Ngo Son Hai, Vice President of EVN, after 5 years, electricity loss had been reduced from 10.15% (in 2010) to 7.94% (in 2015). This number is aimed at reducing to 6.5% by 2020.
Delegates attended the International Conference on power loss reduction.
At the Conference, delegates presented reports on applied solutions to reduce power loss and orientation in the time to come. Representatives from other countries including Thailand, Malaysia and Japan also shared their experiences in loss management and equipment management, reducing loss by choosing cross-section of cables economically, roles of the Government in support of reducing power loss.
