At Vinh Tan Power Center (Tuy Phong district, Binh Thuan province), there are three operating units: Vinh Tan Thermal Power Company (Power Generation Corporation 3), Vinh Tan 4 Thermal Power Plant (a subsidiary of Vietnam Electricity) and Vinh Tan 1 Power Company Limited. Annually, the units alternate coordinating the Regulations on Combination at the Center, to ensure safety, order and carrying out production in parallel with environmental protection.
In the past year, Vinh Tan 4 Thermal Power Plant had coordinated and ensured maintaining security and order; combined good implementation of fire and oil spill training and drills; implemented effectively and timely COVID-19 pandemic prevention; took the initiative in natural disaster prevention and control. In particular, environmental protection was guaranteed and highly appreciated by local authorities and the people.

On 23 February 2021, the units continued to sign the Regulations on Combination in environmental protection, ensuring security and order, and effective exploitation and use of shared technical infrastructures at Vinh Tan Power Center. In 2021, Vinh Tan 1 Power Company Limited is the coordinating unit.
