In early 2026, the Tra My Power Management Team (Da Nang PC) completed the construction of a power supply project for 49 ethnic minority households in Noc Tu Nuong and Residential Area C72, Tra Tap commune, Da Nang city.

Noc Tu Nuong and KDC C72 are located in the highlands of Tra Tap commune (formerly Tra Cang commune, Nam Tra My district), a rugged mountainous area with difficult transportation and a scattered population. The entire area has 49 households, mainly ethnic minorities such as Xe Dang, Mo Nong, and Ca Dong. The lack of power directly affects the daily lives and production of the people.

In early 2026, the Tra My Power Management Team quickly organized a site survey, developed a construction plan, and mobilized forces to implement the project. Determined to bring the national power grid to serve the people before the Lunar New Year, the Tra My Power Management Team overcame difficulties, worked diligently, and ensured the safety and quality of the project, which was invested in by the People's Committee of Tra Tap commune.

Bringing the national power grid to ethnic minority communities in remote areas not only meets the essential needs of the people but also clearly demonstrates the social role and responsibility of the electricity sector in accompanying local authorities in achieving the goals of poverty eradication and sustainable development.
