EVN Vice President Pham Le Phu meets with representatives of Toshiba Transmission & Distribution Vietnam on afternoon of April 6 in Hanoi

At the meeting, representatives of Toshiba Transmission & Distribution Vietnam expressed their appreciation for EVN’s continued support and cooperation with the company over the years.

The company also informed EVN that Mr. Daichi Asada had been appointed as Director of the Power Systems Sales Division of Toshiba Transmission & Distribution Vietnam, effective April 1, 2026, replacing Mr. Takahiro Kamo, who has taken up a new assignment at Toshiba Japan.

The two sides exchanged information regarding several EVN power projects and discussed potential cooperation needs, including the supply of equipment and technical solutions in the fields of power transmission and distribution.

EVN Vice President Pham Le Phu acknowledged the partnership and support of Toshiba Vietnam in the power sector. Throughout the cooperation process, the two sides have proactively exchanged information and strengthened coordination, gradually building a long-term partnership.

EVN’s leadership also expressed the hope that Toshiba Vietnam would continue studying the practical needs of EVN and its member units in order to propose solutions aligned with the development orientation of Vietnam’s power system in the coming period.
