EVNHANOI (power distribution corporation under Vietnam Electricity) has 2 products certified as "Make in Vietnam Digital Technology Products in 2024", which are: (1) EVNHANOI Customer Care Management System (digital society and service trade); (2) 110/220kV substation equipment and material monitoring system (industrial sector).
In particular, the EVNHANOI Customer Care Management System is researched and built on the basis of integrating solutions at this Corporation, from smart electronic metering infrastructure, data collection facilities, application systems inside and outside EVNHANOI, connecting digital customer journeys, digital customer experience systems, multi-channel communication with customers. This system provides 100% of online electricity services, supports customers to log in via electronic identification applications developed by the National Population Data Center of the Ministry of Public Security of Vietnam (VNeID), diversifying information about the Electricity industry, utilities for looking up meter readings, power consumption, request processing progress, electronic service invoice information, etc.

The 110/220kV substation equipment monitoring system is a software developed by EVNHANOI with the goal of fully monitoring 110/220kV grid operation data within the scope of management, building digital functions such as checking equipment status, warning thresholds to notify supervisors, and so on.
