In response to the Government’s campaign to eliminate temporary and dilapidated housing, EVNSPC has donated a total of VND 2.7 billion to support the construction of 45 houses for disadvantaged households in the newly established Can Tho City area (which includes parts of the former Hau Giang and Soc Trang provinces). In this phase, EVNSPC handed over 10 houses to local residents.

In celebration of its 50th anniversary of construction and development (1975–2025), the Southern Power Corporation (EVNSPC) has allocated VND 18.9 billion to support Southern provinces and cities in eliminating temporary and dilapidated housing, funding a total of 315 houses (VND 60 million per house). In addition, the Corporation has mobilized external sponsorship sources to help build an additional 500 houses for low-income households in several provinces, with a total budget of VND 30 billion.

Alongside its core mission of ensuring stable, safe, and continuous electricity supply to support socio-economic development and the daily lives of people in its service areas, EVNSPC consistently regards social responsibility as an essential part of its sustainable development strategy. Every year, EVNSPC and its member units allocate significant resources to community programs, including building Gratitude Houses and Great Unity Houses, awarding scholarships to underprivileged students, and providing gifts to low-income households and policy beneficiary families.
