Representing Vinh Hao Commune were Ms. Thai Thi Dung, Vice Chairwoman of the People's Council; Mr. Nguyen Thanh Long, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee; and Mr. Le Xuan Hung, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and Chairman of the Commune Farmers' Association.

Representing Vinh Tan 4 Thermal Power Plant was Mr. Vu Thanh Hai, Secretary of the Party Committee and Director of the Plant.

Mr. Vu Thanh Hai, Secretary of Vinh Tan 4 TPP Party Committee and Director, together with Ms. Thai Thi Dung, Vice Chairwoman of People's Council of Vinh Hao Commune, presents scholarships to students.

On this occasion, Vinh Tan 4 Thermal Power Plant provided educational support totaling VND 260 million, including 55 scholarships awarded directly at the event, a contribution to the commune's "Helping Children Stay in School" Fund for 2026, and financial support for educational facilities and equipment serving teaching and learning activities at local schools.

Mr. Nguyen Thanh Long, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Vinh Hao Commune, acknowledged and expressed his appreciation for the Plant's continued support of local social welfare activities, particularly its efforts to care for and assist disadvantaged students.

At the event, representatives of Vinh Tan 4 Thermal Power Plant also provided an overview of the Plant's recent production and business performance, with particular emphasis on its environmental protection efforts. Through the presentation, participants gained a better understanding of the Plant's production process and the practical environmental protection measures currently being implemented.
