On the morning of July 11, in Hanoi, the working delegation of the Steering Committee of the Project "Propaganda on the policy and tasks of nuclear power development" led by comrade Huynh Thanh Dat - Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Head of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission, Head of the Steering Committee of the Project, had a working session with Vietnam Electricity (EVN).
On EVN's side, there were comrades: Nguyen Anh Tuan - President and CEO of EVN; Nguyen Tai Anh - Vice President of EVN, Member of the Project Steering Committee; Le Thanh Chung - Head of EVN Construction Investment Management Board; Trinh Mai Phuong - Head of EVN Communications and Corporate Culture Board; Nguyen Tien Thanh - Director of Ninh Thuan Nuclear Power Project Management Board, and representatives of other EVN's professional departments.

The meeting aimed to evaluate the results of EVN's information and propaganda work on nuclear power in the first 6 months of 2025, and at the same time discuss and agree on building a comprehensive and synchronous communication strategy for the last months of 2025 and the next period, and propose an information coordination mechanism between the Central and local governments in implementing the policy of developing nuclear power.

Comrade Huynh Thanh Dat highly appreciated the close and effective coordination of EVN - the investor of Ninh Thuan 1 Nuclear Power Plant project - in timely and accurate propaganda and information, contributing to strengthening the trust of cadres, party members, and people in the major policies of the Party and the State.
In the coming time, EVN needs to continue to closely coordinate with the Steering Committee to implement key tasks such as: developing a comprehensive communication plan; clearly disseminating information about progress, technology, and safety; effectively implementing compensation, site clearance, and issues affecting the livelihoods and jobs of people in the project area; training grassroots communication staff; compiling specialized documents suitable for each target group; ensuring periodic reporting and strong application of digital technology.
