From the beginning of the year to August 2017, the aggregate power sales of EVNNPC is estimated at over 37 billion kWh, growing by 11.8% over the same period. In particular, the industry and construction customers accounted for approximately 62%, increasing by 19.4%; management and residential consumption accounted for 31.4%, increasing by 3.7% over the same period.
In August 2017, EVNNPC performed 14 customer service indicators in accordance with the regulations, including receiving requests and undertaking power delivery for 139 medium voltage customers with the average handling time of 5.36 days, decreasing 1.64 days compared to the regulations.
The whole Corporation sent 15.87 million messages to electricity customers, or 2.89 million messages higher than that in the same period.
Also in August 2017, EVNNPC directed its subsidiaries to promptly overcome the consequences and restore electricity supply to communes of Muong La district (Son La province) and Mu Cang Chai district (Yen Bai province) affected by the recent historical floods.
The Corporation has completed and energized Yen Dinh 110 kV substation (Thanh Hoa province), completed 12 projects for upgrading capacity of 110 kV power lines and substations together with many medium and low voltage power grid projects, contributing to enhancing the power grid capacity and improving the power supply reliability.
