4 coordinating banks and intermediaries are: Sacombank, Payoo Wallet, Vimo Wallet and Momo Wallet
The advantage of this form is that customers do not need to manually enter information but only scan the QR Code available on the electricity bill (or the QR Code on the electricity bill notice), which both shortens the payment time and lessons probabilities of wrong payments due to incorrect information input.

QR Code is issued by EVNHCMC according to the standards of the State Bank of Vietnam. To make payment, electricity customers need to download applications of Sacombank, Payoo Wallet, Vimo Wallet, Momo Wallet to smart devices and follow instructions.
As for electricity customers havingSacombank accounts: Open Mobile Banking or Sacombank Pay applications, select the feature of payment by QR Code and scan QR Code printed on electricity bill to query and confirm payment.
With Payoo Wallet: Customers open and log in Payoo application, then select the function of QR Code scanning on the right corner of the application and scan the QR Code printed on the electricity bill. Then, check the information and take further action to complete the payment.
With Vimo Wallet: Customers need to select the "Electricity bill" function at the homepage. Then select the supplier, select the code scanning feature and scan the QR Code on the electricity bill, finally select the payment source and continue to complete the payment.
With Momo Wallet: Select the "Scan code" feature to scan the QR Code on the electricity bill. After successfully scanning, invoice information will be displayed. Check the information and click “Pay”. Select “Confirm” to complete the bill payment.
In the coming time, EVNHCMC will coordinate with all banks, intermediary organizations, and partners to deploy the form of electricity bill payment via QR Code.
