EVNHANOI has increased 100% of the 24/24h staff on duty to be ready to handle power problems. At the same time, the corporation has also taken the initiative in power assurance solutions such as substation renovation, capacity increase, and load leveling.
EVNHANOI continues to recommend customers, offices, and production facilities join hands to use power economically and efficiently, turn off unnecessary electrical equipment and limit the use of high-capacity equipment in the peak hours of power consumption in Hanoi: from 10:00 ÷ 14:00 and 19:00 ÷ 23h00 daily. At the same time, the Corporation recommended people pay attention to the reasonable use of air conditioners (set at 26 - 27 Celcius degrees or more, used in combination with fans).
In addition, EVNHANOI also recommends customers choose and use electrical equipment with energy-efficient labels according to the regulations of the Ministry of Industry and Trade. Regular cleaning and maintenance are also needed to operate the equipment stably, improve its lifespan, and save power and costs.
EVNHANOI also encouraged customers to install and monitor power usage online via the EVNHANOI App on mobile devices. Since then, deploying solutions to use power reasonably, limiting the high power bills situation.
