EVN Funded the Operation Fee for Three Poor Pediatric Patients

On June 28, Mr. Khuat Quang Mau EVN Trade Union Chairman representing EVN employees awarded the charitable amount of VND 150 million funding cardiac surgery for 3 children with congenital heart defect who are treated at the Cardiac Center of the Hospital E, Hanoi.

It is the activity in the framework of the eighth  "The Sympathetic Heart" program organized by the Family and Children Magazine in coordination with the Vietnam National Assembly TV channel, Journalists and Public Comment newspaper, the Red Cross Organization of Hanoi City under the instruction of the Ministry of Labor, Invalid and Social Affairs.   

The program will support humanitarian heart surgery fee for 8 poor children with  congenital heart defect ( VND 50 million  each). Together with the community to support the poor pediatric patients, the Vietnam Electricity  has decided to fund VND 150 million of the  heart surgery fee for three patients: Ly Van Trung (born in 2013, address: Chi Lang, Lang Son), Nguyen Thi Phuong Anh (born in 2011 , address: Tuyen Hoa, Quang Binh) and Nguyen Tien Dat ( born in 2007, address: Yen Dung, Bac Giang province). Each pediatric patient received  the supporting amount of VND 50 million.

 

Mr. Khuat Quang Mau- EVN Trade Union Chairman  awarded the amount of VND 50 million for each pediatric  patient of cardiac surgery.

"This is the activity representing the social responsibility of EVN.  EVN the desires to share difficulties with the  patients’ families, enlightening trust for the future of the children and their families.   

With the amount of support from the EVN, patients will receive intensive treatment to be soon recovered , continue to study and thus have a brighter future.
