At the meeting, Mr. Sudipta Bhattacharya said that Adani is interested in investing in some thermal power plants, power transmission projects, and thermal energy projects in Vietnam. Representatives of Adani Group desire that EVN discuss and orient cooperation around the above issues.
EVN President and CEO Nguyen Anh Tuan welcomed the policy of Adani Group and desired that during this business trip to Vietnam, Adani Group would have more research and discussion on investment and cooperation opportunities in the energy field in Vietnam.

Leaders of EVN hope that this business spends time carefully researching mechanisms and policies in Vietnam to propose cooperation opportunities in suitable and reputable fields, contributing to promoting cooperative relations between the two parties.
EVN leaders also informed about the electricity demand situation in Vietnam, some contents in Power Plan VIII that Adani Group is interested in, and basic operating principles of the electricity market in Vietnam. EVN President and CEO said that EVN always desires to have opportunities to cooperate with international energy businesses based on proper regulations in Vietnam.
