Se San 4 Solar Power Plant Project with a capacity of 49 MWp located at Ia Toi commune, Ia H'Drai district, Kon Tum province is invested by EVN, managed by Power Project Management Board No. 2 as the investor’s representative, and constructed by the Contractor Consortium: "Jiangsu Huayuan New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. and Industrial Machinery and Equipment Corporation - JSC". As designed, the project will generate an average electricity output of 72.4 million kWh every year.
Se San 4 Solar Power Plant Project is one of the few projects in Vietnam funded by the French Development Agency (AFD) under a non-sovereign loan. With the prestige of EVN, the management experience of Power Project Management Board No. 2, during the implementation process, the project has been recognized and highly valued by AFD’s review mission for the quality, implementation schedule, and compliance with health, safety, environmental and social requirements. This is a great success of the project in strictly complying with severe quality, social and environmental requirements by international organizations.
Through the evaluation of the Acceptance Committee, the scope and volume of completed works has met the approved design. Regarding the project quality, the construction and installation of project components has met the design requirements, technical instructions and installation instructions of the equipment supplier.

“The Council accepts and agrees to put into operation the project, assigns Se San Hydropower Development Company to take over, manage and operate Se San 4 Solar Power Plant and collaborate with Power Project Management Board No. 2 to supervise the performance of obligations by the contractor during 1 year of project operation and warranty”, EVN's Vice President Nguyen Tai Anh concluded.
