EVN has served more than 13.9 million customer requests

Although the pandemic situation is complicated in many localities across the country, thanks to the application of digital technology and the providing of online services, EVN has received and served over 13.9 million requests of customers in 11 months of 2021.

Electricity services are always in the outstanding services group of the National Public Service Portal, which is used by the most people

Notably, up to 99.66% of customer requests are made on the switchboard and online channels; only 0.34% of electricity service requests are directly received by EVN at customer transaction offices.

In addition to the electricity service delivery channels served by EVN's customer care centers (such as switchboard, Zalo, website, customer service app, etc.), people are also increasingly familiar with using electricity services on the National Public Service Portal. Up to now, the number of electrical service records on the Portal accounts for about 51% of the total number of records of all online public services provided on the Portal.

The nationwide implementation of online electricity bill payment continues to have many positive signals. In 11 months of 2021, the percentage of customers paying electricity bills without cash reached 81.45%, an increase of more than 11.14% compared to 2020. The percentage of electricity bills paying non-cash in the whole EVN reached 94.72%, 3.0% higher than the implementation in 2020.

To make it more convenient for customers to use online electricity services, EVN recently cooperated with the Center for Research and Application of Citizenship Data and Identity (Ministry of Public Security) to connect and integrate the corporation's customer management system with the population database. Immediately in December 2021, EVN can use this data to sign electricity service contracts for people and businesses throughout the country.

Accordingly, power customers when carrying out electrical service procedures will be online and automatic checked electronic authentication residential documents such as People's identity card, citizen identification card, permanent residence, temporary residence book, etc. according to the provisions of the Electricity Law, the Government's Decrees; continue to simplify the customer's online power supply procedure.
